Natural Allergy Relief is Cheap Too

I don’t like to take most of the over the counter allergy remedies, but my symptoms make me miserable for several weeks in the spring and fall. I don’t like some of the side effects of commercial allergy medicines, and I really don’t like the cost either.

Raw Honey For Allergies

Take a daily dose of raw, natural honey every day. This will help your body build up a tolerance to the local pollens. Gradually increase the does every day until you are taking in a teaspoon. Continue this through the allergy season.

Vitamin C For Allergies

Vitamin C has natural antihistamine properties, and you should include a supplement or vitamin C food. We all know about high vitamin C oranges, but bell peppers are another good choice.

Congestion and Inflamation Natural Remedies

To slow inflammation, eat garlic or onions — alone or in a meal. Try hot foods such as horseradish or wasabi to relieve congestion.
